This Gas Safety Assessment is designed to test the gas safety competence of an operative in the work of install, exchange, disconnect, service, repair, breakdown and commission domestic gas fired ducted-air heaters not exceeding 70kW input by practical and knowledge and understanding assessment.
Range of appliances covered – Open flued natural convection, open flued fan assisted, up flow, down flow and horizontal flow models.
Non Domestic engineers can undertake Domestic DAH1, without the need to undertake CCN1, only if they encounter domestic sized appliances within non domestic premises.
This qualification will be certified and entered onto the Gas Safe Register, however, it will not show on your operatives Gas Safe Card.
